This class is for all you downhill, backcountry, cross country skiers and snowboards! Get your body ready for your favorite winter sport!
This 5 week series will focus on strength/stability, mobility, balance/proprioception, breath work, and mindfulness. We will work through areas of tightness, strengthen neglected parts of your body, improve mobility, and help you to prevent injuries.
Classes will start on Monday 11/20 and run up to 12/18 (the week before Christmas).
Classes times are Mondays from 5:30-6:30p.
Tentative Class Schedule:
11/20: Stability and Strength
12/4: Balance and Proprioception
12/11: Breath Work
* There will be some aspect of strength exercises in each class.
-Full Series Pass is $115.
This pass includes not only all of the series classes, but also unlimited in-studio, regularly scheduled classes from 11/20-12/23. Keep your body in top form by practicing with us one or more times a week!
-Drop-in series class pass is $18 per class
This class is free for our Monthly and Yearly Unlimited Members.
