Join Emily in this special event to celebrate your feminine aspects. Everyone is welcome! It does not matter what your gender or identity is, we all harbor aspects of both the feminine and masculine. This will be a celebration of the feminine.
~We will have a flow yoga practice, followed by several restorative poses.
~Bring a journal for self-inquiry.
~We may have a group discussion on aspects of femininity.
~Enjoy a couple harvest inspired treats.
