Grief Yoga®️ is a workshop style class offered once a month by Lia Leinonen, as a space to safely express the complicated emotions associated with grief. This class combines various movement, sound, and breath exercises with meditation and journaling.
Please bring a journal and pen with you to class.
Cost is $28 a session per person
