New to yoga? Great! Join us in this 3 week series to learn the basics of yoga.
We will walk through common poses, offer hands on assist and individual coaching, explore various poses in your body using props, and learn how to adjust poses to fit your needs during other yoga classes while you grow in your yoga practice.
Everyone is welcome!
Classes will be gentle and led as a workshop with pauses for coaching, adjustments and explanations. We will also touch on breath work, meditation and a little yoga history.
Classes will be held on Wednesdays from 6:45-7:30p: 7/12, 7/19, 7/26.
