Join us and the Gentle Healing Yoga Center in Memorial Park for 108 Sun Salutations to kick off the official start of summer! Create your own relay team if you would like to divide up the Sun Salutations between you and your friends. Light refreshments and treats will be served. We will also teach various version of a Sun Salutation to allow every body to participate. Feel free to take breaks when you want, hang out and jump back in whenever.
Cost: This is a donation based community event. Please bring either a couple non-perishable food items to be donated to the Helena Food Share or you can give a monetary donation to Hands on Global.
Suggested donation: ~5 non-perishable food items to be donated to the Helena Food Share or a $10-15 monetary donation to Hands on Global.
**There will be a very special shared 5 Class Pass that can be used at both yoga studios, for purchase at this event only!! For $50 you can split 5 classes between both our studios. You won’t want to miss out on this deal!**
