The New Moon is the night of the Divine. It is in this quite dark space we have the opportunity to dive deeply within to hear our own quite voice. This Sacred New Moon, is a powerful Solar Eclipse, what better time to pause and listen deeply to your inner voice.
We will move, chant, breathe and then settle deeply into restorative stillness. Our sacred ceremony will conclude with a celebratory tea and sweets with time for journaling.
