Enjoy a 1 hour Vinyasa style class at the Mount Ascension rooftop bar.

~Cost is $16.00 and includes a free beverage card that you can use for a beer or coffee (Montago Coffee), at a time when you choose.

~Vinyasa is a style of class that links movement with breath. Music will be played.

~Beginners are encouraged to join!

~If you do not have a mat, you are welcome to borrow one from me.

~Blocks and straps will be available for use as well, if you would like to use them during class.

~If you are new to this class, please arrive 10-15 min early to check-in and set up your mat.
