Enjoy a 1 hour yoga class with a view of downtown Helena at the Mt Ascension Brewing rooftop deck/bar. You will also receive a free beer/coffee card that can be used when you choose, at either Mt Ascension Brewing or Montago Coffee.
This class will be held on the Mt Ascension rooftop deck. Please bring an extra layer if needed. In case of inclement weather, the class will be moved inside to the rooftop bar.
Class will start at 10:30 am. Please arrive 10-15 min early to check-in and set up your mat. Space is limited, maximum of 15 people.
Cost: $16.00 per person. Sign-up online to reserve a spot or pay when you arrive (cash, card or Venmo).
* Studio Class Passes are not valid for this class. Please purchase a $16 ticket for this class or pay when you arrive. Monthly/Yearly Unlimited Members can take $8 off the ticket with a discount code, ask Emily for the code.
This will be a Vinyasa class. You can expect a moderately paced flow, breath linked with movement, some longer held poses, a few blocks may be available. Music will be played.
