Let us take the stress out of the bidding process for you. We can send a single RFP out to our network of hotels and return to you in a simple, easy-to-choose-from format. Same for meeting and convention spaces. We have many smaller, unique venues for evening events and socials as well.
We’d be happy to help with itineraries or activity ideas for attendees wanting to bring their family, or for those who wish to stay a few extra days to see more of what Helena has to offer.
Each year, our CVB publishes a vacation guide that provides a thorough overview of Helena, from sites to see to nearby activities and the scoop on local arts and culture. A visitors guide for the larger Southwest Montana region is also available.
These guides can be placed in attendees’ rooms or sent to them in advance of the conference to generate excitement.
From caterers and entertainment to AV needs or pipe and drape rentals, we have suggested vendors and can easily connect you to them.
The purpose of our grant program is to increase visitation and support Helena’s lodging partners. Other partners such as local retailers, restaurateurs, transportation businesses, and tourism attractions also benefit from increased visitation. The execution of Helena Tourism Alliance (HTA) grant funding must be in line with the Tourism Business Improvement District’s (TBID) mission to generate room nights for lodging facilities in the City of Helena, Montana by effectively marketing the region as a preferred travel destination.
