This Musical is about the Guy on the Horse in front of the Capitol. Thomas F. Meagher (TFM), you likely know, was the first Territorial Governor of Montana. There’s a lot most Montanans DON’T know, though; No Coward’s Epitaph answers more of the fascinating questions about the Man and Legend. Production has been supported by the Montana Arts Council.
The top-talent Polson Players will put on this first musical rendition on July 20th. Meagher’s was a FULL life, however short at 44 years. The score is grounded in traditional Irish folk music and Eloquence that brings the driving forces of FOUR continents in to view. History Buffs should enjoy learning about what’s been underappreciated and understudied, too.
