The ceremony includes sipping ceremonial grade cacao from Guatemala, Intention setting and a blessing, gentle yoga and movement, meditation, sound healing and sacred sharing. Everything is accessible to all levels. No previous yoga and meditation experience necessary.
Cacao is chocolate in its purest form. It is a gentle plant medicine that contains vitamins, minerals, and helps to detoxify the body. It is a mild stimulant and contains theobromine, which increases circulation. Potency can be adjusted to your individual needs.
