A 6 week series specifically tailored to runners.
Series will start the week of April 2nd and run up to the Prickly Pear- Don’t Fence Me In Race (May 13th). Prepare your body and mind for race season with our once a week yoga and functional movement classes.
Classes will be held on Tuesdays from 5:30-6:30p.
This series is created in collaboration by Emily Sedgwick (yoga instructor & ultra runner) and Sierra Richmond (PT & ultra runner).
It doesn’t matter if you pound pavement, cruise the trails, or trot on a treadmill, as runners we can all reduce our risk of injury and increase our athletic performance through yoga.
Each class will focus on a different theme such as: balance, flexibility, strength, stability, proprioception, mindfulness/mindset, and breath work.
Cost: Drop-in $20 a class or Full Series Pass $130 for 6 classes, plus a bonus session on race nutrition & gear. The Full Series Pass will also grant you unlimited classes at our studio during the length of the series (April 2nd – May 14th). Sliding Scale payment available, talk to Emily for more details.
