Free 30min Gentle Flow class at 4:30p. This is the perfect class for beginners and those new to the studio. Come check out our space!
Then, 5:00-7:00p we will he hosting a Wellness Open House along with @the.milky.chiro and @strong.fitness.studio in our shared Elm St building. There will be discounts and snacks at all of our businesses.
Our studio will be offering 15% off our passes/memberships and retail.
