Join us for a special presentation by the Honorable Anthony D. Johnstone in recognition of Constitution Day. Judge Johnstone will guide us through the development of the Montana Constitution over time, looking at the 1972 Montana Constitution in relation to the 1889 Montana Constitution, the U.S. Constitution, and other foundational state and national documents. Our partners at the Friends of the Montana Constitution have arranged this program to share their passion for civic engagement and history in the Treasure State.
Anthony Johnstone serves on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, with chambers in Missoula, Montana.
