Please join us for the Montana 48 Hour Film Project Premiere Screenings and Awards ceremony on Saturday July 8th from 5-8pm at @The Myrna Loy in Helena. This event consists of a block of short films created during The 2023 Montana 48 Hour Film Project, a unique competition that challenges filmmakers to write, shoot, edit and score a short 4-7-minute film, in a mere 48 hours!
The Montana competition took place June 23-25, 2023 with filmmakers participating from all across the state of Montana! At the event kick-off, each filmmaking team drew a genre assignment, and was given a series of required elements they had to incorporate into their film including a character, a prop and a line of dialogue.
We will screen all films entered into the competition, engage in a short Q&A afterward and then announce all awards, including the winner of Best Film In Montana 2023!
