The Helena Symphony presents Symphony Kids, an educational concert for child audiences. The first of four Symphony Kids concerts for Season 70, “The Grimm Princesses” tells the story of Rapunzel, Cinderella, Briar Rose, and Snow White who are feeling “grim” because they are stuck in a tower. Performed against the musical backdrop of Dvorak’s String Serenade, this free 30-minute concert is fun for the whole family! Immediately following the concert for kids, there is an instrument petting zoo put on my Piccolo’s Music, and a free 11:00 concert of Excerpts from Dvorak’s String Serenade played by members of the Helena Symphony Orchestra.
