Soul Sonic Soundbath

Sound therapy is the use of different instruments and the human voice as a means of healing on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual planes. Since all that we experience is vibrational or “energetic” in nature, any disease or discord in a person’s life has an energetic element that must be balanced in order to achieve true healing and harmony. Sound therapy is an intentional use of vibrations that aims to balance a person’s energetic field directly. Sound baths are performed for a group of people. We use crystal singing bowls, Himalayan signing bowls, gongs, chimes, shakers, drums and voice to create a deeply relaxing environment and opportunity for a subtle yet powerful energy shift to take place. Sound baths are performed stand alone and in tandem with other group healing work.
