Who are you?
What stories do you tell yourself about who you are? About others? About the world around you?
When we speak the phrase “I am…” it impacts that self-concept. You are speaking it into reality.

In this breathwork and sound journey, you will be breathing and listening to sounds specifically designed to connect with the divine in and around you.
This allows you to synchronize your mind and heart to create the space for lasting changes in how you see yourself.
This event begins with a short explanation of this topic and the breathing. Then we start the magic… the 60 minute guided breathwork and sound mediation designed to help you achieve Samadhi, the deepest state of meditation.
We leave time at the end to help you integrate what you have experienced so it can be taken into your daily life.
