SWIM * BIKE * RUN/WALK
Join this fun, beginner-friendly multisport event in Helena! The race starts at the Memorial Park city pool with a 500m swim (10 pool lengths-no deep water and no pressure!), followed by a flat 10-mile bike ride from Centennial Park to Ten Mile Parks mostly on trail, and a 3-mile run/walk through scenic Centennial.
Open to women of all ages and abilities—participate solo or as a team! MTWTri’s mission is to empower women to lead healthy, active lifestyles while building a supportive community through training and celebrating on race day.
