Explore Helena’s early Upper West Side before the mansions were there. The tour is a step back to the 1880’s, Helena’s golden age, a time of tremendous growth and prosperity. Park in the north parking lot (on Lawrence St.) of the City-County Building, 316 N. Park Ave. ; meet at the northwest corner of the City-County Building.
