Join the Lewis & Clark Library Foundation on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, 6:30 pm at Lewis & Clark Library to celebrate National Poetry Month with ten Helenans who have accepted our invitation to share a poem they wrote or chose. This will be the 15th annual poetry event sponsored by the Library Foundation. It began in 2009 as the Community Leaders Poetry Reading, took a break during the pandemic, and returned in 2023 with a new name: Helena Reads Poetry! Our community readers will read one poem that they wrote or like and share what inspired them to write it or select it for this occasion.
