Free Mindfulness & Stress Reduction Info Session

Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or running on empty? Join us for a free session exploring how mindfulness can help you find more calm and resilience in daily life.

In this welcoming 90-minute session, you’ll experience a taste of guided mindfulness practices, discover what the research says about rewiring your stress response, and connect with others in our Helena community who are seeking greater balance and resilience. Our experienced instructor will share insights about the science of stress reduction and lead you through a simple practice to get a feel for this evidence-based approach.

You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of how mindfulness works, why it’s so effective for anxiety and overwhelm, and what a meaningful path forward might look like. For those interested in going deeper, we’ll also introduce our comprehensive 8-week MBSR program – the most researched mindfulness program in the world – though there’s no obligation or pressure to continue.
Come as you are. No experience necessary. All are welcome.
