Learn to fly with Emily! We will warm up with a gentle flow, work on arm/core strengthening, wrist mobility, and then practice various arm balances.

Cost: $18 per person (Free for Monthly/Yearly Unlimited Members)

We will use several props to assist you in working on your balance and stability in several poses. Yoga experience helpful.
